Privacy

Cardine is not a public social product. It is a workspace CRM. You sign in with an email magic link. You choose what to put in your workspaces.

We store the email address you use to request a magic link, and the session needed to keep you signed in. We use a host (currently Vercel) and a database (currently Supabase) to run the app. Ordinary request logs (IP, user agent, path, time) may exist at the host. We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on Cardine.

Contacts, companies, leads, notes, tasks, deals, files, and similar records you enter or import stay in the workspace you put them in. Workspace members you invite can see that workspace's CRM data. We do not use CRM records for advertising.

If you connect a third-party account (for example Gmail or a calendar), we receive only what that connection's OAuth screen describes, so Cardine can show that information to you. You can disconnect that integration in Cardine. Tokens are stored server-side, encrypted, and are not exposed to the browser.

If you connect WHOOP, you authorize Cardine on WHOOP's OAuth screen. Depending on the scopes you grant, we may receive: recovery (including score, HRV, resting heart rate), cycles (including day strain and average heart rate), sleep (including duration and start/end), and profile information. We do not request workout or body-measurement scopes unless this notice is updated. Health data is stored as your personal health record, scoped to your user account, not as CRM workspace data. Other workspace members cannot read it. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising. We do not give it a medical interpretation. Disconnecting WHOOP in Cardine stops new sync and deletes stored WHOOP tokens. You can ask us to delete stored daily metrics as well.

Cardine is not directed at children. The WHOOP connection is for users 18 and older.

To access, correct, or delete account, CRM, or health data, or to disconnect WHOOP, email support@portanovaholdings.com. We will respond as required under applicable United States and Wyoming law.
